The process to change (or set) your email signature on an Android 4 Samsung Galaxy S3 S4 or S5 is quite easy:
- Open your email
- Click the MENU button (hidden button to the left of the physical HOME bar below the screen)
- Click SETTINGS
- Click on your account name
- Click SIGNATURE
- Start typing!
